I am Runing Zen cart 1.2.6
At the moment it can't be upgraded because the person who was paid to make the theme modified the default template.

We are in the process to get a new theme created on 1.3.8 but it's still not complete.

Anyway to the problem
If you click on the forgotten password link it just refreshs the page
