after upgrade paypal orders dont appear?

dear All,
we recently updated our zen cart store to 1.3.8 and apparently the paypal orders are not appearing in the administration.The client makes the order, pays with paypal, receives the notification that paid and we also receive the notification that we got paid by paypal.
The problem is the client do not receive any email from our site with the order neither we get the order on the administration panel.
please help

In your admin - - make note of your details in your PP module,
remove it and re-install it check the settings.
