    Default Help,can't open my website

I just swtiched the hosting from windows to linux this afternoon, after 2 hours the website is down,it displays:

'Hello. Thank you for loading Zen Cart™.
You are seeing this page for one or more reasons:
This is your first time using Zen Cart™ and you haven't yet completed the normal Installation procedure.
If this is the case for you, Click here to begin installation.

Your /includes/configure.php and/or /admin/includes/configure.php file contains invalid path information and/or invalid database-connection information.
If you recently edited your configure.php files for any reason, or maybe moved your site to a different folder or different server, then you'll need to review and update all your settings to the correct values for your server.
See the Online FAQ and Tutorials area on the Zen Cart™ website for assistance.
    "

What's the matter? How do I recover it? Thanks in advance!

As you know, there are TWO configure.php files...

    One in /includes/
    The other in /admin/includes/

You may consider putting up the CONTENT of both those files so we can have a look.

BEFORE you put up this information in a public place, REMOVE the private stuff like your database name, your database username and your database password

(As linux servers are differently configured from windows servers, a likely problem is the PATH information - but as I do not use windoze, I'm not absolutely sure about this).

    configs look fine to me
if you have a backup of all your files
go through the install, doesn't take long
then put all your files back into the folders etc
    see if that works...

just make sure that your database information is correct. although when my database info was wrong, i got my website, but 2 ladies working saying sorry we cannot connect to the database...

Not sure... but I haven't seen this type of path before...

    D:/Hosting/4610259/html

Is that the path your hosting provider has given you?
