Does anyone here use osTicket as help desk? I've made some custom changes to it, including:
  • link to customers info page
  • link to all orders of this customer
  • link to last order made by customer
  • link to password change form

This is accessible from ticket view page, and tries to match email address of ticket against zen cart database to identify customer.

I could make contribution out of it, but if osTicket is not popular here I simply don't want to waste my time ;)
