EasyPopulate loaded 80k products and website was fine for about 48 hours now its gone

I used easy populate to list around 80k of products and now all of a sudden after 48 hours the categories and products wont show up online or in the back order only the new products section works on the live website. I don't know what happen or could be causing this error please help

Check in admin > tools > layout boxes > insure that categories box is "on"

I see products directly in "Home"... what categories do you have set up? If you have products directly in a category (or the "Top" super-category) you will not be able to display the subcategories.

We need to know more about the store structure you have to be able to advise correctly.

We had categories on already just add new products to a new category. it was working just fine and then all of a sudden everything was gone. on the website and in the backdoor i can create a new category and it shows but none of the old ones do and the product count still shows products

we don't have any products on the top category in our back door its like we don't have anything at all its just black like we are just getting ready to start listing categorys and products

Okay, well, that site evidently has the categories navigation options all turned off.
And none of the images work ... they're all saying 404-not-found ... which means you don't have the images on the server.

Nope all the category navigation options are on and yes all the pictures are on the server i just looked.

I wish you could see my admin section it is something i have never experianced before it shows nothing at all but if you put a part number into the search it pulls up the item and you can edit it and everything also if you type a letter in it pulls up everything with that letter including all the main categories
