When trying to upload to database getting

The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request.
The script had an error or it did not produce any output. If there was an error, you should be able to see it in the error log.

This started after my sql limit was raised the tech support says that it is a problem with easy populate can anyone help me on this has it beed seen before.
