Are you using the Web Developer tools (or Firebug) in Firefox? Can't live without 'em!
The WD tools showed me the CSS code that site uses to achieve the rollover effect. And they'll show you the parts of your page to apply something similar to. With a link to your site I could tell you that too, but you can probably figure it out.
