How can I change Font-weight from Bold to Italic?

Please show me how to change Font-weight from Bold to Italic. Thanks so much for your help.

I apolozie for that. Specifically, I would like to change Font-weight for Category and Sub-category. For instance, when I click on one of the Categories, that Category should be Italic, not Bold. I tried to replace Bold with Italic in the CSS stylesheet, but nothing changed. Thanks for your help.
