I'm new at this and I've pretty much mucked the entire thing up!

I started by not putting the ZC files in the appropriate directory to begin with, which made both my ZC and my main site attempting to occupy the same space at the same time.

After attempting to fix this, I finally gave up and re-installed ZC in the correct location. This required creating a new admin page.

Now, I can log into the old ZC admin page...everything is still there.

But I cannot log into my new admin page. There is no error message...it just keeps reopening the login page. I've attempted to use incorrect info and I get an error message...wrong username or password. I've had my password resent. But I'm still unable to log in.

When I enter the page info on the web, I can access the site that I created last night...the new ZC...so the info is out there, somewhere.

I think I used the same user name for BOTH admin pages.

I went to the OLD admin page and changed my username. Still can't log in to the new one.

If I can't figure this one out, I'm thinking of starting over...again.

But, I'm not sure if that would help. If I were to delete the entire /store/ file and recreate the directory reload ZC to that file and start all over again with a different username and password, would that even work?

Any ideas? I put so much work into the old ZC page only to start all over again. I'm completely lost and have no idea where to go from here. I've tried to find a customer service/help line number to call, but I haven't had any luck.
