Hosting co migrated to new server. Need to point admin index.php to new IP address.

GoDaddy recently migrated my hosting account to a new server. As a result, I need to update the A record for www.mysite.com/zen-cart/admin/index.php so it points to the new IP address. I am not sure what version of ZenCart I have other than it's an older one. I believe I have PHPTriad and MyWinSQL. I'm sure this issue has come up before, but I throughly searched the forum without finding anything addressing the hosting company moving the account to a new server. GoDaddy Support's efforts to help was unsuccessful because the subdomain was appearently not set up through their hosting control center.
The rest of www.mysite.com pages work. How do I get the ...index.php page to display? I am not tech savvy so wording responses in simplified as possible language would be appreciated. Thank you.

Have you changed /includes/configure.php and /admin/includes/configure.php to point to your new zencart url and local zencart directory?

If it still doesnt work, what to you mean with point to a new IP adress? Usually you shop is accessed with a domain name (www.myDomain.com), and if the domain name hasnt changed, the only different thing can be the local directory where the zencart files are located.

Same thing happened to me, and im not really sure what to do to be honest.
If anyone know, i would appreciate any help.
