I am not sure what has happened but my products are not showing in listing unless the filter is used.

I am sure it is something really silly and I am sorry for being so stupid but can someone please help. I do not recall changing any settings but I did try to change default image directory in Catalog > Product types but this did not work, it kept changing back to main directory even though I pressed save.

Sorry please can someone help - for example visit link below, there is a product in "H" but it does not show unless filter is used to select it.
