    Default SuPHP and security

    Hi there,

My server runs SUPHP. My site is working fine - no problems with the running of it.

Are the following CHMOD settings correct for SUPHP?

    - All folders 755
    - All files (except configures) 644
    - includes/configure.php and admin/includes/configure.php 444

Is that all safe or should all my files be 444?

    Cheers,
    Dave

Probably fine. What's your hosting company telling you? (They're the ones who set up the rules for your server's configuration.)

Thanks DrByte - I'll check with the server company.
