Hi - I am very much a newbie doing my first Zen Cart installation.

My client has two shipping rates on a per-item basis - one domestic and one international. I figured out this means I need to use zones. However, under the zones panel, I am not seeing the means to set differing per item rates. I see that I can select to calculate based on items, but it looks like I have to create a table for a rate for each number of items possible. (i.e. one rate for 5 or less items, another for 5 - 8 items, etc). I just need to set $1 per item (plus handling) for US orders and $2 per item (plus handling) for non-US. Do I really need to create at table that says 1 item is $1, 2 items are $2 ...100 items are $100?
