Help please i tried to upgrade and rename didn't work so went back and now its a mess

Hi,

I went into zencart today to upgrade and renamed my admin folders and i don't know what i've done but its all messed up so i deleted the new upgrades and changed my admin back but now i can't access the admin either (i've pasted what it says when i try to log on below)

Please help!

Hi, i have "includes/auto_loaders/config.core.php" and its 10.12KB.

Check the file permission. Do all files have 644 and the folders 755? configure.php should have permission 444 when you are done editing the file.

i just changed them.. now the admin page says..
