Trouble accessing space on main page!

I have a template that has a box space along the bottom for extra banners and other products. I have been searching for a way to acces that panel, but have yet to discover the zen secret. It is right under the featured products top box, and before the bottom links. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated!

Search for them on this forum and see the issues with their templates

You will have to contact them as they take huge license in their creations and normal ZenCart solutions seldom work
