I am using zen cart 1.3.8. I have 3 manufacturers. For 2 of them I am using zone rates, however for the 3rd one I would like to use a flat rate. The product from the 3rd manufacturer are CD's. I would like to have a flat rate for US orders and one for International.
I checked the forum, but couldn't find a solution. Does zen cart have a way of differentiating shipping by manufacturers with zone and flat rates, or does anyone have a suggestion on how to do it.
