    Default Check box not adding to price

    Zen Cart 1.3.8a Patch: 1::

    Good Day All

    I'm not sure when the check box stopped working but here is what's happing.

    I have a check box setup to allow people to request gift wrapping.

    The box is visible and can be checked on the product page and can be seen here:

    I then add the product to the cart with the check box checked and I get what looks like a mid-dot with a - after it and no $5.95 added to the product.

    If I change the check box to a radio button all works well.

    Anyway I'm stumped I'm not sure if it's something I did or if it was an over zealous site owner any help would be appreciated as I have been at this half the day.

    One of the security patches is causing this ...

    Re-download and install them carefully to fix this ...

    That did the trick I had done the fix and the patch back in September and thought I had done the the fix's fix.

    You are most welcome and thanks for the update that you were able to fix your checkboxes and the odd behavior by fixing the Security Update that was making you "just too safe for words" ...
