Select Multiple Product Options for one Product

Hey everyone.

I have a client with what I believe to be an unusual request regarding product attributes, and I was wondering if it was possible (without code customization) to implement. I have included a screenshot of important part of the product info page. To describe it in general terms, I would like to be able to offer multiple product options without having to add one product to the cart at a time, i.e. the customer would be able to purchase mutliple colors at the same time by typing in the quantity of each color. I think the photo might describe it better.

Can this be done? It's no big deal if not, I just wanted to make sure and can't see how it is done through the admin panel. Thanks for any input,
