The Blank Page Issue Help Wanted

I've been having the blank page issue.

I tried the suggestions on the forum but nothing is happening. I had been using a developer I hired from this forum, he has since dropped off the face of the earth, prior to this happening.

No changes where made to my site before it went blank it just came up blank one day. If anyone can recomend a developer to help out it would be appreciated. I'd like someone who I can use for this, and future add-ons bug repairs and future web sites I'm working on. I just don't have the time or the know how to work on the site. Using Ver. Zen Cart 1.3.8a

whats the link to your site?
Do you know what page it is on?

Usually a blank page occurs from html editors adding a blank line at a bottom of a file that is or has been edited.

The site is fxgrafix.com I hadn't made any changes before it went blank it was working fine and then it just disappeared. It seams all the pages are blank.

o dear, i see your problem.....they are well and truly blank, looks as if there is no code there at all


If you open your index.php in your html editor (like dreamweaver)
Is there code in there at all.....?


Have you got a back up of your site - folders and database?

I am amazed! or Stupid lol I checked the index file and it was blank. So i uploaded and older index file in it's place and now it works. I can't thank you enough for that suggestion. I can't figure out how the code dissapered from the index page. I'm still looking to hire somesone to work on my site.
