How to de activate installed shipping module when priced with attributes used?

Hi

I am still having problems with how to use two shipping mods.

I want to be able deactivate and hide the shipping module when products are priced with attributes. Please note the word 'priced'. Another words some items may still have attributes but not priced sensitive.

Reason I want to do this is so I can assigned two different shipping rules for different products.

I want all allowable measurements by one shipping company, in my case 'Australia Post' and any other products outside their limit to be using price attributes (or some other means if you can advise). At this stage I am not concerned with customers purchasing one of each mixed items may call for different shipping fees.

In fact I would love to be able to allow only one item /per session /per customer . This way they can not purchase more then one item per order to mix shipping modules.

Any suggestion how may I achieve this please?

Are you saying the Products have "Attributes with prices" or that they are marked as "Priced by Attribute" ...
