Hi, we're running Zen Cart 1.3.8a on a windows server. Our website is www.printster.co.uk
All of our products require a photo to be uploaded when adding the product to the shopping basket (we sell personalised photo gifts).
We've had quite a few customers email us lately about an issue with our cart. Sometimes a customer will try adding a product to their shopping basket but get an IE "cannot display page" error instead of seeing the shopping cart page. I've checked, and the photo they've supplied does actually arrive in our "uploads" folder and if the customer goes back to our site and chekcs their cart after the error, the item has also been added to their cart.
It's an intermittent issue for some customers. Sometimes the customer can simply try again and it works!We can't reproduce the error - has anyone else had this issue, or is anyone willing to give it a go on our site and see if they can reproduce it?
