Problem with Css Flyout Menu

I am always want to have flyout menu, after several times' try, still not success, I want to ask this question again, hope you can help me.

my template is "Pure Blue" , I downloaded css_flyout_menu-v1.3.8 from Zen-cart.com, the files include:

1)step one: classes/categories_ul_generator.php

2) step two:modules/sideboxes/YOUR_CUSTOM_TEMPLATE_NAME/categories_css.php

3) step three:templates/categories_css.php:
(a)/css/stylesheet_categories_menu.css
(b) /sideboxes/tpl_categories_css.php

4) csshover.htc


Problem:

I upload categories_ul_generator.php to accordingly file, I think there is a problem how to deal with the second file:

I can find "sideboxes" in "modules" in step two, but my template has no "YOUR_CUSTOM_TEMPLATE_NAME" in "sideboxes" , so where I should upload the file "categories_css.php" ???


and is there any function of fourth file "csshover.htc" ??
