Subscribe Newsletter only 2.1.1 - Page Not Found

Using Zencart 1.3.8

Installed add-on Module Newsletter subscribe, version 2.1.1
Subscription manager shows under Customers
Tools/Define pages shows define_subscribe, define_unsubscribe
newsletter-only shows under "email"
Problem:
clicking subscribe from newsletter sidebox returns:
page not found .
Installed and ran Dr Byte's error log -- no errors.

No solution found on existing posts.

Anybody have any ideas before I remove the module?

Problem solved. Corrupted file on download. downloaded new copy od mod -- works great.

I had a copy of the mod saved on my computer - just downloaded a fresh copy. Be sure to check the individual file names after un-zipping the files. One of them had a misspelled file nane -- the "c" was missing from "subscribe". Corrected the spelling and everything worked fine.

I've made aan error translating a define string forgetting a quote
