paymate module problem

Hi all, I've had a browse through the search option for this problem and nothing popped out at me about it.

Basically my issue is that I've got the paymate module installed as my client in in New Zealand and it's one of the few local options here. Now everything seems to be working fine until I get to the paymate payment page.
On this page in the very first box at the time there should be the username for the shop (Which is an email address), now it's not there. I've got the username inserted via the admin in the correct place for the module, it just doesn't seem to be transferring it to paymate.

If anyone can point me in the right direction it'd be great thanks.

Has your Paymate problem been fixed, I use Paymate myself in the carts I build with no problems,

I have just run a test of the shopping cart

I believe you have the username in your cart wrong
Paymate use the username in the payment module, it will then show as a email when you get to the Paymate payment page

Replied to your pm's scott, also guest account is now disabled.
