products missing after fresh install

Hi have recently copied my old zc onto my new domain name, i worked from a recent backup but for some reason im missing loads of products, what would be the best thing for me to, the whole site visually looks identicle all the options, upgraded mods and images have come across.

Is there a way i can drop all the products and upload them again without having to do the whole database again.
