Changing Categories In Header And Footer Bars - Please Help

Hi,

I understand that this is a newbie question that has probably been tackled before but I am new to PHP and am having trouble trying to locate the solution.

Currently my header bar (underneath the graphic banner, and the product categories) shows as :-

EZPages :: Privacy Notice :: Shared :: Zen Cart

I would like to change the links in this bar or maybe even just scrap them all together but keep the bar in place. How do I do this?



I would also like to change the links in the footer bar (which currently contains "Home :: My Account :: Site Map :: Privacy Notice :: Shared :: Action DVDs" ).

Sorry, but I am having trouble trying to find a solution so if someone could please help me out that would be great. Please bare in mind I am new to PHP. Thankyou in advance gents!

Have you tried the admin section under tools:EZ pages
Here you can control which pages show at the top and bottom etc ie. red off, green on
