ALERT: PayPal Express Checkout Error () -12

I have received the same error message and have just lost a couple more sales but for a different reason. I have pmed you the log if you could pass your wisdom on would be much appreciated!

I'm not sure I understand that statement.

"same error message", ... but "lost sales but for a different reason"???

The 2 files you attached are only a small portion of the log files that are generated for each Express Checkout transaction. Were there no others? Those ones simply show that an Express Checkout transaction was prepared, and presumably the customer got to the PayPal site. But it doesn't reveal anything about any problems that might have happened while getting to the PayPal site or in handling any responses that came back from it.

Sorry I was rushed into finishing what I was doing and didn't explain it very well.

We received the initial error ALERT - Paypal Express Checkout Error - 12 and looked it up, and here realised we needed to have logs on. We then had two sales, the logs of which are here, left uncompleted, and we aren't sure if the two are related incidents or not.

I then only sent you half of the log files created. How can I send the other two files without making them public?

We also received some email logs which dont appear to be saved as files.

ec_step1 - 1
ec_step1 - 2 Submit
ec_step1-addr_check
ec_step1-addr_check3
get-OverrideAddress - 1
get-OverrideAddress - 2
PayPal Debug log - SetExpressCheckout

If you need the data from any of these I can send that seperately.

Zip up the log files, upload the zip to your server, and send me a PM with a link to that zip so I can download them and review.
Paste the email contents into a text file in that zip too. It's better to have the actual log files, but the emails will do in a pinch.

If you don't have a full set of logs, do a fresh transaction that triggers the problem, and send the logs from that too.
