    Default Keeps Declining Credit Cards

Hello, I am using V 1.3.8a and am setting up my Authorize.net (AIM) payment module. Everything seems to work until i go to process the credit card. I keep getting an error which reads, "This transaction cannot be accepted. - Your credit card could not be authorized for this reason. Please correct the information and try again or contact us for further assistance." It lists my billing address below as the information which needs to be updated.

I have worked with authorize.net and things seem to be working on their end. They have verified they are not receiving communication form the zen cart. I have double and triple-checked my trans ID and such. Can you please help? Thank you in advance.

Turn on the Debug To Email option in the AIM module settings. Then do another transaction, and post the details of the debug email you receive.

Error #103 means that the Transaction Key you've entered is invalid for the account name/number you entered.
Remember, the Transaction Key is NOT the same as the password you use to login to your authnet account. You need to generate the key inside your account, and then copy that to your store.

Hi, I was getting the exact same code (response 3; error code 103), even though I had the transaction key. After reading this thread, I just generated a new transaction key, and tested it on my own cc, and it seemed to go through without a hitch.

I'm a little nervous about asking my frustrated customer to try again, in case it doesn't work... But, I just wanted to post this in case simply generating a new transaction key works for anyone else with the same problem.
