Sorry, I know this is basic, but I can't find the proper index.php file to change/delete this

when I go into the development toolkit, it tells me that it is here:
/home/content/12/4986212/html/includes/languages/english/index.php

I can't find that index.php file, I don't have those folders in my hosting files

I have changed the info in the admin-includes-languages-english-index.php

and the text does not exist in the includes-languages-english-index.php

and it does not exist in the root index.php

sorry if this is basic, but have searched and searched for hours going in circles.
