I have just moved to a clean 1.3.8a from 1.3.7. I am trying to send a newsletter out and I made a test newsletter with a few characters and then clicked "send" and it just sits there thinking for forever....

I am moving to a paid newsletter and need to send one last newsletter out to ask the customers to sign up for the new newsletter...
