On his non-ZC store, my client uses the PayPal receipt to ship from.

When I setup his new store with ZC 1.3.8 and PP Express Checkout, his PP receipt no longer shows him the Shipping Method (i.e. he can't determine how to ship the order from the PP receipt).

How can I put the Shipping Method back on the PP receipt?

(I know he could use the ZC receipt instead, but he doesn't want to change his process depending on which store sends him an order)
