Cybersource Problem not getting order through

I am actually transferring from an old site to a new one since I am not using the url anymore.

I installed the module
Tried using the same old settings except for the url name.

But got these errors:

merchantID INVALID v1234567
orderNumber VALID Order #5935
orderPage_signaturePublic INVALID NsPAmzSbael+43VqOJaq3El+JOk=

These are the only 2 setting that are invalid the rest are okay
What did I did wrong and how do I fix it?

Please obtain a newly generated version of HOP.php file from the CyberSource Business Center as per paragraph 2 of the Implementation Guidelines.

At or near line 166 of newly generated HOP.php file your MerchantID is most probably not “v1234567” as you reported. Please replace this MerchantID with the one assigned to your account by CyberSource, if it was not inserted properly during the file generation process.

At this point, please send a test transaction to the CyberSource server.
It is possible that the “orderPage_signaturePublic” error will no longer be present. If the error is still present, please proceed as per paragraph 2 of the Implementation Guidelines (new code insertion in cybs_sha1() function).

That worked. And I had to set Force Cookies to True
