Google data feed error: weight missing & invalid expiration date

I got the following 2 errors when submit my data feed to google base. For error 2, the expiry date was set to one year later, I bet the maximum allowed is something around 30 days. Is there any new fixes or workaround solution for this?

1. Missing recommended attribute: weight - Warning
2. Expiration date is too far in the future

Question, does that stop your feed to not be posted?

I think I found a fix for the year, change 365 in the settings to 30... that should do that much
