    Default welcome message and some of the boxes are further down than i would like them to be?

    Hi,
    im currently running a TEST site from my laptop, for messing with templates etc.
    i currently have a template up and running on my test, but for some reason, the welcome message and some of the boxes are further down than i would like them to be?
    how do i move the welcome message up and the boxes, i have a screen shot
