welcome message and some of the boxes are further down than i would like them to be?

Hi,
im currently running a TEST site from my laptop, for messing with templates etc.
i currently have a template up and running on my test, but for some reason, the welcome message and some of the boxes are further down than i would like them to be?
how do i move the welcome message up and the boxes, i have a screen shot

For me it would be a great help to help you if you could provide a link, then I could look it up in FF web developer and edit what you are might looking for...if it would be any help for you...

That awful Template Monster template and no link to the site possible, it's unlikely we'll be able to help.

never mind, i sorted it, found out using the element info in FF there was a "spacer" in there, deleted that, all moved up

just need to find where the CSS buttons info is, as confirm order, is on the site as..."confim orde"
