Help!!! Uploading with Easy Popluate Tool

Help! I was uploading with easy populate tool and was doing 300 records (products) at a time. The up loads went fine up loaded a total of 1500 records.

I went to activate each product and half way through I get this error

If you were entering information, press the BACK button in your browser and re-check the information you had entered to be sure you left no blank fields.

It then kicked me out of admin and the site went down. Cant access admin at all nor the site zencart is set up in the root directory.
