Help! I can't change home page meta tags.

The description and keywords of my site http://blackbeltpatches.com/
are incorrect.

There is a mysterious reference to NAVBAR_TITLE_1 and the description and keywords are just a list of my categories >>>

I've examined includes>languages>english>meta_tags.php and can't see anything there. I've tried defining custom keywords and even deleted the entire file and replaced it with a 'fresh' version. But no luck.

I would be very grateful if someone could suggest a solution.

Looks OK to me. Content in FireFox/Firebug seems relevant.
Maybe you need to clear your cache and look again?
