Searchbox Sidebox problem

I have an error occuring in my search sidebox code. Problem is I can not find it using the Developer's Tool Kit to find the correct file to fix the error.

Does anyone know what file(s) form the sidebox searchbox (the one with the link to 'advance search')?

Ok, here is what I have done so far:
1. I did a view page source on FF, found the error copied this: maxlength="250" style="width: 150px" - the code just before the error code.
2. then took that code and put in my Took Kit and it came back showing up in tpl_search.php.
3. opened up that file and still do not see "69px"

Is there a possibility that somehow the 69px is being inserted into the page by some foul up?

I did a search on my pc for 69px and nothing shows up. I have no idea where this problematic 69px is coming from!
