options for flat rate, express, and registered post

I'm trying to get my shipping configured but have been unable to work out which modules I need to do what I am looking for.

Which modules would be best to have the following shipping options?


flat rate shipping for australian customers
and then a seperate rate for New Zealand customers
then also a flate rate for registered post
and then one for express

so four options all having a set price.
