checkout payment headings

hey all just wondering how i change the headings on the checkout payment page. for example i have a black background, and the font for all headers ie: discount coupons field is black in color also, and would like to change that but not sure how ? i have managed the rest ok but just cant find where to locate the file to change for the checkout_payment i have been here includes/languages/english/checkout_payment.php but can not find anywhere to change the colors of some of the headings like, discount coupons, GV and T&C any help is appreciated thanks
