USPS Shipping Problem

Hi, I am not new to Zen Cart but new to setting up shipping to link to the USPS and UPS. My website is D e s e r t s k y w h o l e s a l e.com and I am receiving the below message. I have the zip code set up in the Shipping/Packaging module - 85050 and have it set to TEST in the Shipping Module, but I keep getting the below message. I might be missing something but I don't know where else to check. Any ideas?

Your account is in TEST MODE. Do not expect to see usable rate quotes until your USPS account is moved to the production server (1-800-344-7779) and you have set the module to production mode in Zen Cart admin.

Make sure that you have called or emailed them to enable your account for the Production server and switch to that ... there are a lot of problems with their Test server and it doesn't work ...

Also, check that you have reviewed the Security Patches for your version and added the updates for the USPS shipping module:

I think I got it to work. I had to have USPS switch to their Production servers and the rates started showing up. I do have another question though.

I am trying to set up shipping by weight for some products but when I go to check out via Google Checkout it shows up as $0.00. I am just testing and set up a product with a shipping weight of 16 (I assume this is pounds is that correct), and shipping up to 17 pounds should be $2.00 shipping. No matter what I do, it always shows up as $0.00. The site is s u n b l i n g.com

Any ideas?

You may wish to look for threads on the Google checkout ...

I do not use it and am not sure how to advise you on this ...

But you are saying you are using USPS in one sentence then 17 lbs is $2.00 in the next and that does not make sense to me ...

Sorry, the second part is talking about setting it up to work via the Table shipping module. I set up weights for each product and set it up as below for testing purposes. I set up one product with a weight of 16 (I assume this is pounds, is that correct?) so shipping should be $2.00. When I go to check out, however, the shipping shows up at $0.00. This is the part I need help with, until I get the USPS shipping set up.

Go to the Modules ... Shipping ... and click on Table Rate table and copy what you see in the right panel here ...

Also, look in the Configuration ... Shipping/Packaging ... and copy those settings here as well ...
