Shipping module for drop-shipping

Can I use this module with UPS and USPS? I have one supplier who will only drop ship using UPS. All others and the stuff from my sytore can go UPS or USPS.... I need a way to set the ctategories that will only dropship using UPS to offer only that option.

Will this mod do that?

Unfortunately right now this module is only for use with the FedEx shipping module, not USPS or UPS. As it apparently seems there is not much interest in this module, I have delayed working on a UPS module for now.

That is a shame as I have seen posts in other parts of the forum that go back over a year looking for this type of module. Maybe folks just don't know where to find it. If you do a UPS/USPS one please let me know. I'm continuing to lose sales because folks go in and the UPS shipping cost is way too high compared to what they could get in USPS. I'm a VERY small business (as in just me) so losing these over miscalculated shipping hers.

Usually, the published rates of UPS and Fedex are very expensive. But if you go through any shipping club, you will get about 40% off. There will be a small membership fee. but you will make it up in no time.

I was wondering, if this module will handle different manufacturers with different types of shipping. I have one manufacturer that ships only USPS Priority Mail and charges 1 flat rate; another manufacturer ships only UPS; a third that ships FedEX; and another that ships any method. Will this mod handle this? If not any idea?

Sorry, at this time the mod is only supported with FedEx. A ups module will be available shortly.

thanks. I think it's a great module. ultimately it would be nice to vary the shipping by manufacture but i'm contemplating a way to offer free shipping and build the cost into the product.

I have set up a fedex accnt. and installed the fedex module and it installed fine but I am having trouble installing the drop ship module...keep getting error msg. Followed instructions: Copy below and paste into sql patch update tool in ZC

ALTER TABLE `zen_products` ADD `products_origin_addr1` VARCHAR( 64 ) CHARACTER SET latin1 COLLATE latin1_swedish_ci NOT NULL ,
ADD `products_origin_zip` VARCHAR( 5 ) CHARACTER SET latin1 COLLATE latin1_swedish_ci NOT NULL ,

but I get the error: #1146 - Table 'rangefir_zc01.zen_products' doesn't exist .

I am new to zen cart and need to have drop ship module like this. if I could get some help installing the module I would greatly appreciate it. Hey I would even pay for phone support if available. thanks. I hope to get this module working ,it sounds perfect for me.
