I use Paypal Website Payments Standard (not Pro) and recently been getting random duplicate orders in ZenCart with the same Paypal transaction ID.
I'm not sure if this is related, but I also noticed that Paypal is not processing AMEX charges giving customers a message to the effect that they are unable to process using that card and to try another card. (Sorry, I don't have the exact error message and don't have an AMEX card to test with)
In the case of the duplicate orders, I don't know if the customer may have tried to use AMEX first and then another card but there is only one Paypal transaction ID number and it appears on both orders.
