I am getting this error no matter what card I use. I noticed the issue as my orders mysteriously stopped on Oct 5th. I havent changed anything on the site and my cc processing seems to be OK from their end. It's just that my site is not communicating at all with the gateway. I have even tried to generate a new gateway ID and that still does not work.

I am using NMI.

Zen Cart v1.3.8a/v1.3.8

Any help in the right direction is much appreciated.

Help. Ive installed zen cart on a beta server with the same settings as the live one and I can get the module to process the order on the beta server. I have tried both by custom theme and the original theme with no luck.

Not sure if this is against forum TOS, but I am willing to pay someone to troubleshoot this issue.

... especially post #2 since it sounds as if at least one version of the add-on was using very out of data variable names that are no longer part of PHP, so if you webhost upgraded your PHP, that could simply stop the add-on from being able to work suddenly as you describe.
