Hi, I am new Zen Cart and to the forums, 1st post. I've read quite a bit here about how to setup images and folders correctly, but it appears that if you have Magic Zoom installed these rules do not apply so I am asking if anyone can help out.

I recently purchased a site that already had Magic Zoom installed on it. I'm having difficulty understanding how the the basic setup of a small thumbnail image and a large image work in Zen Cart using this add-on. For example I would like to use a small thumbnail on my home page http://www.canvaspaintingsdirect.com for the new products at the bottom and product listing pages such as http://www.canvaspaintingsdirect.com/Single-Canvas/Contemporary-Abstract-Art to load these pages faster, but use the normal large image on a product page like http://www.canvaspaintingsdirect.com...ure?cPath=4_35

The problem I am having is that changing the product's image in the admin changes both the product listing and product page to the same image. By default it uses the large image at images/large for both and scales it down for the listing page which is resulting in unacceptable load times. I tried setting up the folders and image names according to the standard method as described in the sticky but Magic Zoom will not use this. Does anyone have experience with this mod that can help?
