How to View Customer Cart ?

Hello

I was wondring like if any of customer selected the products in its cart and just left a mesaage for me to review the carts . how i can do this without disturbing the cosutmer ,

As i am a newbie and curious to learn so didn't find this solution and which is very must in my point of views for an online shopping portals .

So any suggestion about the same.

if you go into admin->tools->who's online you can view who has an active cart, and if you click on that person, you can see their cart contents

(you will only be able to identify them if they are logged in.. if not, all you see is an ip address.. at that point you'd have to ask them what their current cart total is to see which customer it is..)

that's assuming the customer IS online.. if they aren't, the only way i know of to view their cart would be to login using the Admin Password Mod (allows you to login as any customer using your admin password)

The last time you said to login as admin but i tried but not able to . ...

And about the WHO is ONLINE that implement is when the person is online but that also not in my case ,
so any other way
as this is very unique and general thing which i am having is if admin wants to view the customer details of the cart how will it ????

There is an add on for Master Password encrypted ... where you can set a master password and use that for logging into any customer account to see what is in the basket ...

Thanks for this advise but could u give a guide for doing the same as i installed that module but unable to login .with the customer cart or can't view what the client has selected in the cart.

If you have this installed right, you are logging in as the customer ...

You use their email address and your master password ...

Unless the customer is active at the same time, you should see their cart without a problem ...
