Align Banner To Base Of Logo

I'm having difficulty getting the banner2 to the same baseline as my logo. http://www.bexley.net.au
I have the banner left aligned in the style sheet but I cant seem to find the right code to make the banner drop down to the same base line as the logo and also the larger banners jump below the logo.
So frustration I have tried all I know and now pleee for help.

just wish I knew more about how all these css commands relate to the actual template. I was looking to attach to the baseline did not thing to pad from the top. I did try padding but not from the top. Feel a little silly now but thanks so much you have made my day

Is it possible to stop the larger banners from dropping below the logo and messing up the page or do I just not have that size banner on the page.
