how do I fix my manufacturers box!!

I have reupped files for the entire store. I used the error debugginf tool ( no findings) and have noticed that while the manufacturers box shout refresh when changing from one manufacturer to another it does not.

So is this why some of the manufacturers work and others do not?

I need to get this fixed asap so what should I do?

it should read:

manufacturers box should refresh when changing from one manufacturer to anotheror when going from one page to another, it does not.

we recently moved it from 1 server to another
