Hi,
I have a problem with customers that check out and they have a valid good credit card and try to pay using their card and the pay pal declines the card or will not accept it. I use paypal in my zencart to process credit card payments. So the credit card is fine, its just the paypal computer declines it? Anyone else have this problem or can tell me why? Paypal says theres nothing they can do its computer randomly does this. But this is happening I believe alot on my site.
