I check around for this but couldn't find anything. Just wondering if anyone has seen a mod or knows of a way to return items that were "purchased" back into a customer cart. We use Interac Online and the issue is that Interac processes everything through their website (unlike a Merchant that processes Visa onsite) so when a customer selects to pay with Interac Online they are kicked to the Interac website and to Zen it is considered a successful purchase. If the user messes up the Interac transaction they are done. We have to cancel the order, return the products to stock and the user has to re-add the products to the cart. Due to the nature of our business (craft beads) there could be 10-100 line items in a small order.

As such, our customers have asked us if we can just return the items into their cart so they can just checkout again without having to readd each line item.

I can find anything remotely like it and posted this here as I am not sure where else it could go.

If anyone knows of an add on, admin setting or even how to export/import into the users cart via the database, any suggestions would be appreciated!
